Project Description
The structure includes spaces in which youngsters with autism will be able to make fresh and dried pasta (with gluten or gluten-free), and bake bread, pizzas and focaccia flat breads, including cheese focaccias, as well as cakes etc. They shall be assisted by specialized personnel (fully trained cooks and educationalists).
In the near future, we will be able to offer a service dedicated to youngsters with autism from all over Italy, who will be able to join our courses to learn the techniques of pasta production and baking, as well as cooking in general.
